Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What will you do :
1-Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on commercial laundry and kitchen equipment such as washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, steamers, fryers and gas equipment .
2- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
3-Ensure equipment is operating safely, efficiently, and in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
4-Maintain logs, service records, and equipment inventory.
5-Collaborate with Laundry, Stewarding, and Culinary teams to address maintenance needs.
6- Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.
7-Follow proper procedures for handling tools, chemicals, and replacement parts.
8- Report major issues to the Engineering Supervisor and support emergency response efforts when required
What will you bring:
1-Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language is highly desirable.
2. Two years of Technical trade school or previous similar work experience with
extensive plumbing experience.
