Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Kitchen Duties:
- Assist cooks and chefs in basic food preparation (cutting, washing, peeling, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients.
- Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen equipment as required.
- Help with receiving and storing food supplies and deliveries.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times (HACCP).
Waiter/Service Duties:
- Greet customers and guide them to their tables when required.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Ensure tables are clean, properly set, and well-maintained.
- Assist in preparing and arranging food for service.
- Handle customer requests professionally and politely.
- Clear tables and ensure dining area cleanliness.
General Duties:
- Maintain proper personal hygiene and wear appropriate uniform.
- Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Report any equipment issues, safety hazards, or shortages to the supervisor.
