Manage and organize a section of the kitchen (hot, cold, pastry, etc. ).
Ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet Amaretti s high standards.
Maintain quality, freshness, and consistency in all dishes.
Follow hygiene and food safety regulations.
Collaborate with the team and Executive Chef on menu development.
