• Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and conflict resolution strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification specific to early childhood education requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Demonstrated patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for teaching young children.
• Proficiency in curriculum development and educational software tools.
• Prior experience in teaching or working with children in a structured setting.
