Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and implement lesson plans that focus on foundational English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Create a nurturing classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, curiosity, and positive social interactions among students.
- Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including storytelling, songs, games, and hands-on activities to engage young learners.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted feedback to encourage growth in language skills.
- Encourage collaboration and communication through group activities that promote teamwork and social skills.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to a collaborative staff environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant teaching experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in early childhood education
Skills:
- Candidate should hold bachelor's in education or early childhood education.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate linguistic practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for teaching, with the ability to inspire a love for language and learning.
- Competency with educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
- A patient, nurturing, and flexible disposition that adapts to the diverse needs of young learners.
- Specific school attire is required.
- Visa, Health Insurance, Annual Ticket, and Joining Ticket.
- Willing to relocate to Sharjah, United Arab Emirates
