Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within assigned key accounts, focusing on long-term growth.
- Build and nurture strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and challenges.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding product/service adoption and revenue streams.
- Conduct in-depth account analysis, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer profitability, to inform sales strategies.
- Negotiate and close complex deals, managing pricing, contracts, and service agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure seamless account management and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key account performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports on progress, identifying areas for improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and generate leads within key accounts.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in key account management or strategic sales, preferably within FMCG Industy.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable strategies.
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and account management frameworks.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and collaborative approach.
