The Key Account Support Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. This position supports the account management team by handling client inquiries, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They must be detail-oriented and proactive, anticipating client needs and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to client inquiries and requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and transactions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of client service plans.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and opportunities.
- Resolve client complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account activity.
- Support client onboarding processes by coordinating necessary resources.
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of client presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience in a client support or account management role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software experience preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations.
