Roles & Responsibilities

Position Overview:

The Key Account Sales Representative is responsible for managing and growing relationships with the company s most important clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets by promoting products/services, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional service to maintain long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a portfolio of key accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Understand client business needs, goals, and challenges to offer tailored solutions.

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Develop and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in alignment with company policies.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure client satisfaction.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports.

Track and report account performance, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Proven experience in sales, account management, (2 years preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.

Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
