Roles & Responsibilities

1-Manage and grow relationships with key clients to achieve long-term success.

2-Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts.

3-Understand customer needs, objectives, and strategies to offer tailored solutions.

4-Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

5-Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize value for both the client and the company.

6-Monitor sales performance, budgets, and forecasts for key accounts.

7-Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance, and customer service) to ensure customer satisfaction.

8-Resolve any issues and handle complaints promptly to maintain trust.

9-Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.

10-Regularly report account status, risks, and opportunities to management.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
2-Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or in Sales/Business Development.
3-Strong negotiation and communication skills.
4-Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills.
5-Ability to analyze data and market trends.
6-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
7-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
8-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
9-Fluent in English, Arabic
10-MSA GUC AASTMT MIU is a must
11-Residents of Sheikh Zayed or 6th of October
