Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Account Management

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with key clients.
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor and manage account performance and satisfaction.

Sales Execution

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver customer-specific proposals and solutions.

Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Develop strategic account plans in alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback.
  • Track market trends, customers future plan, and competitors activity.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with Application, Design, production, logistics, and finance teams to meet customer expectations.
  • Support the order-to-cash cycle and follow up on deliveries, payments, and service issues.

Customer Relationship Development

  • Represent the company in customer meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues or concerns.
  • Promote MEEM s products and capabilities as a value-added partner.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Sales Engineer or any related field.
