Roles & Responsibilities
Position: Key Account Manager MOH Segment (Automation Focus)
Purpose of the Role
You will be responsible for establishing and strengthening strategic relationships within the Ministry of Health (MOH) segment, driving profitable growth through large-scale and complex Total Laboratory Automation (TLA) projects. Acting as a trusted advisor to Key Decision Makers (KDMs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), you ll identify opportunities, customize solutions, and position Beckman Coulter as the partner of choice.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and influencers within target accounts.
Monitor market trends, gather competitive intelligence, and identify upcoming tenders to create winning strategies.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel, driving closure of sophisticated automation projects with measurable impact on customer outcomes.
Promote innovative business models including OTL, reagent deals, GPPRR, and performance partnerships tailored to each account.
Negotiate long-term contracts to secure sustainable, profitable growth.
Ensure exceptional customer experience to retain and expand high-value accounts.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Leadership
Partner with lab consultants, clinical promotion teams, product management, and applications specialists to deliver complete solutions.
Align with sales management and third-party partners to close menu gaps and enhance solution portfolios.
Support strategic initiatives, DBS (Danaher Business System) projects, and institution-level automation wins.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
Proven track record in diagnostics/laboratory solutions with direct experience in large automation projects.
Strong network within the IVD sector, especially with MOH stakeholders.
Experience with GPPRR business models and high-value contract negotiations.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
In-depth understanding of laboratory operations and workflow optimization.
