Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and expand product offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, technical, and logistics, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
  • Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and report on key metrics to management.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements in line with company policies and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform account strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the HVAC, fire fighting equipment, or industrial products sector.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
