Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As the leader of the Key Accounts (KA) Management team, you will oversee and guide the team in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key restaurant brand partners. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional merchant services to drive mutual growth. This role reports directly to the KA Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Building & Management: Responsible for establishing and managing a Saudi Arabia-focused brand team, overseeing daily operations of a Key Accounts (KA) team with 8+ members to ensure sustained high-efficiency achievement of company business objectives.
2. KA Client Relationship Management: Lead KA client relationship management for the Saudi Arabia group, utilizing multi-dimensional engagement strategies to connect with founders/CXOs.
Drive upgrades in premium food delivery supply and continuously identify high-efficiency new store formats that meet user demands. Develop customized growth-oriented solutions tailored to client needs.
3. Industry Strategy & Execution: Analyze industry trends within the Arab cuisine category, monitor market dynamics, client behaviors, and platform shifts, and formulate actionable short-, medium-, and long-term strategies.
Guide the team to surpass growth targets.
4. Resource Integration & Project Delivery: Consolidate internal and external resources through project-driven management, aligning stakeholders to achieve project closure with key results.
5. Talent Acquisition & Development: Attract and cultivate industry experts to build a professional KA team dedicated to delivering exceptional client service. 1. Engage in Keeta strategic global expansion, compete with global players, broaden international business horizons, and accumulate hands-on experience.

3. Proficient in operational and data analysis, strong business sense and high judgment, with the ability to derive actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
4. Strong learning ability, with a willingness to continuously acquire new skills and adapt to changing business landscapes.
5. A collaborative team player who contributes positively to the team dynamic, supports colleagues, and enhances team effectiveness through exceptional communication skills.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively in a global business environment.
7. Candidates who experienced in key account management or have background in the delivery service related industry are preferred.
