Roles & Responsibilities

Jurist
Ensure a permanent legal watch on the company's activities by following both the evolution of national regulations, as well as case law.
Collect all the information from the operational departments: documentary sources
Call on external expert firms to get answers on specific subjects.
Use the legal databases corresponding to the specific activities of the company.
Provide information and advice within the company, in particular to the operational staff and the general management on legal problems related to the projects (commercial law, competition, taxation, employment law).
Draft or assist in the drafting of contracts for customers and/or suppliers, private or public partners of the company, consultants and employees.
Respond to dispute letters.
Managing and investigating cases: implementing and carrying out formal notice and court summons procedures
Propose amicable solutions for certain cases.
To draft appeals.
To contact lawyers in the context of legal proceedings.
Decide if necessary to appeal and/or appeal to the Court of Cassation.
Ensure the resolution of potential disputes.
Decide if necessary the nature of the action to take legal action (criminal, civil, commercial).
Represent the company in legal matters.
