Job Description:
As a Junior Web Developer (Odoo Python) at MWG Advertising Agency, you will assist in developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo-based applications to support the agency s business operations. You will work under the guidance of senior developers to enhance Odoo modules, integrate third-party applications, and improve system performance.Key Responsibilities:
Odoo Development & Customization:
Assist in developing and customizing Odoo modules using Python.
Support in modifying existing workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
Participate in testing and debugging to ensure smooth system functionality.
Web Development & Integration:
Develop and maintain responsive web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Assist in integrating third-party applications and APIs with Odoo.
Optimize website performance and troubleshoot front-end issues.Key Responsibilities:
Odoo Development & Customization:

Requirements skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
0-2 years of experience in web development, preferably with Odoo and Python.
Basic understanding of Odoo framework, ORM, and module development.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, XML, PostgreSQL, and REST APIs is a plus.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Eagerness to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a team.
