Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design, develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, and backend applications.
  • Translate business requirements and design mockups into working features.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
  • Participate in code reviews, ask questions, and learn best practices.
  • Help troubleshoot and resolve issues across the stack.
  • Take ownership of assigned features or tasks and see them through to completion.
  • Stay current with modern tools, frameworks, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Basic proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with data structures, algorithms, and version control systems (such as Git).
  • Exposure to web development, REST APIs, or relational databases is a plus.
  • Ability to logically break down and understand technical problems.
  • A self-starter who is comfortable learning independently and navigating technical documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail someone who believes well-structured code is part of writing good software.
  • A curious mindset interested in understanding the why, not just the how.

  • A team player open to feedback and able to collaborate effectively with others.
