Roles & Responsibilities
We re hiring a Junior Software and Technical Engineer to join our growing team!
If you have a tech background, enjoy solving problems, and want to work with real-world software systems, this role is for you.
You ll support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of ready-made software solutions for our clients. You ll also work closely with senior engineers and directly with customers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in software integration, troubleshooting, and IT support.
Key Responsibilities
- Help install and configure software systems on client sites.
- Assist senior engineers in testing and solving technical issues.
- Provide support to clients and explain system features.
- Upload and integrate software based on client needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues.
Stay updated on new software updates and improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or similar.
- 1-4 years of experience.
- Good knowledge of programming Java.
- Understanding of software configuration and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Willing to learn and grow in a technical role.
