Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media & Performance Marketing Manager to lead our online presence and drive measurable growth through engaging content, community building, and high-performing paid campaigns. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content & social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Create and manage engaging content (posts, reels, videos, blogs) aligned with brand identity. Manage social channels: posting, monitoring, and audience engagement. Plan and run paid campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, targeting, and budget management. Track and analyze KPIs (engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, ROAS) with tools like Google Analytics & Meta Ads Manager. Build influencer & community collaborations to grow reach organically. Stay updated on social and ad trends to keep the brand relevant.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–6 years of experience in Social Media + Performance Marketing. Proven track record in running successful paid campaigns. Strong creative and analytical skills. Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
