Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and managing social media content calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging.
  • Collaborate with account managers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver engaging social initiatives.
  • Implement, schedule, and track posts using relevant platforms and tools.
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide basic analytics reports, and offer actionable recommendations.
  • Participate in ideation sessions, contributing fresh, creative ideas for client campaigns.
  • Manage time effectively to meet multiple project deadlines.
  • Engage in day-to-day project management to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Support in liaising with the right team members and stakeholders during content calendar development.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of agency experience in a social media or digital marketing role.
  • Solid understanding of key social media platforms and their content formats, such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
  • Hands-on experience with scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social).
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to contribute innovative ideas.
  • Highly effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Competence in team management and involving stakeholders in content planning.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen willingness to learn from others.
  • Basic skills in reporting and analysing social media performance.
  • Project management and strategic thinking capabilities.

Nice to have requirements

  • Experience working with Food & Beverage (F&B) clients.
