Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the formulation and testing of new cosmetic and body care products under the guidance of senior R&D staff.
• Help gather and analyze data on current market trends, consumer preferences, and ingredient innovations to assist in product ideation.
• Participate in stability and safety testing of product formulations, documenting results and suggesting improvements.
• Work with marketing and production teams to understand product goals and ensure alignment throughout the development process.
• Keep detailed and organized records of formulations, testing protocols, and compliance requirements for all products.
• Familiarize yourself with local and international cosmetic regulations and assist in ensuring that products meet these standards.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing consumer feedback during product testing phases to improve formulations and product features.
• Help in researching and evaluating new raw materials and suppliers, ensuring quality and safety in formulations.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas to the team.
