Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Purchaser with hands-on experience in procuring sign and graphic related materials, to support our growing operations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in purchasing or supply chain roles, with knowledge of sign and graphic related raw materials and supplier networks within the region or internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring sign and graphic related materials from local and international suppliers.
• Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries to ensure timely receipt of goods.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, inventory levels, and cost reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of procurement experience, preferably in sign and graphic related materials.
• Familiarity with procurement software (ERP systems preferred).
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Understanding of procurement processes and documentation.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC region, if required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with suppliers in the Middle East or Asia for sign and graphic related materials
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
• Multilingual abilities (English required; Arabic is a plus).
