Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Tender Schedule Development: Assist in the preparation of detailed baseline schedules using Primavera P6 and/or MS Project, ensuring all activities, logic links, and constraints are accurately represented.
  • Bid Analysis: Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to understand project requirements, milestones, and critical deadlines.
  • Resource & Cost Loading: Work with the estimating team to integrate resource (manpower, equipment) and cost data into the schedule for cash flow analysis and bid pricing.
  • Methodology Planning: Collaborate with the engineering and construction teams to develop and sequence construction methodologies that are both efficient and feasible.
  • Risk Identification: Assist in identifying potential schedule risks and opportunities during the tender stage and contribute to mitigation strategies.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Prepare clear and concise planning reports, method statements, and presentation materials for tender submissions.
  • Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to incorporate their schedules and deliverables into the master tender program.
  • Compliance: Ensure all planning outputs adhere to client requirements and internal company standards.
