Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Your Role will be to:
- Creating and resolving support tickets through email, chat, and other digital platforms
- Providing technical assistance for business operation questions and problems
- Resolving basic problems with networks and other computer systems
- Following up with customers to ensure full resolution issues
- Writing, editing, and revising user's manuals for new and updated software and hardware
- Diagnosing BIM POS system errors and other issues
- Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve support method
- Installing and updating software patches to fix issues
- Accessing remotely client's hardware or software for troubleshooting purposes
- Upgrading BIM POS software applications and install patches.
Desired Candidate Profile
This role requires the ability to work weekends and/or evenings.
This role requires Basic knowledge of Back office, Stock, Inventory, Production, POS.
MIS is required (Graduate or undergraduate).
