Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Your Role will be to:

  • Creating and resolving support tickets through email, chat, and other digital platforms
  • Providing technical assistance for business operation questions and problems
  • Resolving basic problems with networks and other computer systems
  • Following up with customers to ensure full resolution issues
  • Writing, editing, and revising user's manuals for new and updated software and hardware
  • Diagnosing BIM POS system errors and other issues
  • Requesting feedback and/or monitoring calls and other methods of correspondence to improve support method
  • Installing and updating software patches to fix issues
  • Accessing remotely client's hardware or software for troubleshooting purposes
  • Upgrading BIM POS software applications and install patches.

Desired Candidate Profile

This role requires the ability to work weekends and/or evenings.

This role requires Basic knowledge of Back office, Stock, Inventory, Production, POS.

MIS is required (Graduate or undergraduate).
