Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Junior Media Buyer to join our growing marketing team and work directly with our Senior Media Buyer on planning, launching, and optimizing performance campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other advertising platforms.
If you are data-driven, passionate about performance marketing, and eager to grow in a fast-paced e-commerce environment, this role is for you.
- Assist the Senior Media Buyer in managing and optimizing daily advertising campaigns.
- Launch, monitor, and scale paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google.
- Analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPA, CPM) and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Support in A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad placements.
- Coordinate with the content and design teams to deliver required ad creatives.
- Track and manage daily budget spending to ensure campaigns stay within targets.
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and new targeting strategies.
- 2 4 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
- Experience in e-commerce advertising is a must.
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify is a must.
- Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and/or TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and reporting skills.
- Eager to learn, improve, and grow under senior supervision.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Desired Candidate Profile
2 4 years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.
Experience in e-commerce advertising is a must.
Hands-on knowledge of Shopify is a must.
