Junior Management Controller

Reporting to the Management Control Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Participate in budget preparation;
• Prepare monthly forecasts;
• Prepare monthly reports to be communicated to the company's shareholders;
• Monitor monthly budget performance, analyze variances, and inform the various entities of the company (CEO, CFO, Departments);
• Ensure financial analysis and calculation of activity ratios (margins, EBITDA, etc.).
• To monitor compliance with management procedures in place, through surveys in the various departments.
• Participate in updating cost prices.

Analyze by product lines:

• margins Materials and Labor;
• of material consumption;
• Stocks by program;
• Revenue per product;
• Turnover by product / material and labor;
• MO yields and productivity;
• monitoring of expenditure commitment management;
• Investment monitoring;
• Implementation of physical indicators in order to improve the reliability of plant management and to identify risk areas;

• Develop monthly analytical results.
• Approve overhead purchase requests
• Prepare the monthly reports and monitoring tables necessary for the management of the activity by the CEO and the Directorates.
• Ensure monitoring of key indicators (Dashboard) and consistency of all information.
• Provide the various departments with the information necessary to manage their activities in a usable format comparable to the budget.
• Regularly conduct a risk analysis of the company for each shutdown and ensure that the risks are either covered or provisioned for.
• To actively participate with the various departments in the search for improvements in the company's performance and profitability.
