Roles & Responsibilities


Job Summary:

Responsible for executing purchasing operations from international suppliers, coordinating with different departments to ensure timely delivery of goods, and effectively managing orders and external communications professionally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Research and communicate with external suppliers to obtain the best prices and terms.

Prepare purchase orders and follow up until shipment receipt.

Send and receive offers and orders via email (Outlook).

Prepare and review import documents (invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.).

Coordinate with shipping and customs clearance companies to expedite procedures.

Maintain records and update the supplier database.

Prepare periodic reports on order and procurement status.


Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Relevant university degree (preferably in Commerce, Logistics, or Business Administration).
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in external procurement or import field.
  • Excellent English proficiency (speaking, writing, listening, reading).
  • Proficient in using Outlook and formal email communication.
  • Good skills in Excel and Word.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
