Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications and petitions.

  • Coordinate with government agencies to facilitate immigration processes for clients.

  • Maintain accurate and organized records of client interactions and case progress.
  • Support senior consultants in complex immigration cases requiring strategic oversight.
  • Educate clients on changes and updates in immigration legislation affecting their status.
  • Prepare clients for interviews or meetings with immigration officials and legal representatives.
  • Liaise with external partners such as legal advisors and foreign consulates for case resolutions.
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and improvements for immigration services.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Law, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or client-facing role is preferred.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using office software like MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
