Junior Graphic Designer

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create impactful visual solutions that align with our strategic objectives. This role demands a strong understanding of visual identity, marketing aesthetics, and the ability to translate complex information into engaging and professional designs. The ideal candidate will be adept at working on a variety of projects, from branding materials to marketing collateral and technical presentations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling and creative visual content tailored to the company s diverse needs.
• Apply a strong understanding of visual identity principles and effective visual marketing strategies.
• Design high-quality layouts and graphics for engineering proposals and presentations, ensuring a professional and persuasive delivery of information.
• Continuously research and integrate contemporary design trends and best practices.
• Manage and execute a range of design projects, including logo development, advertising campaigns, and digital and print media.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Prepare final design files for various outputs, ensuring quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a closely related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Demonstrated proficiency in industry-standard design software, particularly the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Excellent verbal and visual communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines.
• A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative design work.
