We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Graphic Designer & Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Junior Graphic Designer & Editor, you will work closely with our senior designers and marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and edit multimedia content that aligns with our brand's aesthetic. Responsibilities

• Create engaging graphics for digital and print media according to brand standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visually compelling promotional materials.
• Assist senior designers in the development and execution of design projects.
• Edit and enhance existing images, videos, and multimedia content for publication.
• Support the team in brainstorming sessions to come up with innovative design solutions.
• Ensure consistency and quality across various design projects and platforms.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet strict deadlines and project timelines.
• Communicate design ideas and concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and techniques for continuous improvement.
• Assist in preparing and finalizing design files for print and online distribution.
• Participate in regular design reviews and incorporate feedback from senior team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere or After Effects.
• Strong creative skills and a portfolio that showcases a variety of design work.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and layout.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
