Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using Node.js on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
  • Work closely with senior engineers and team members to implement new features and resolve bugs.
  • Participate in building and integrating RESTful APIs with the frontend.
  • Assist in maintaining databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar.
  • Optimize code for performance and scalability under the guidance of senior developers.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and actively contribute to team discussions.
  • Continuously learn new technologies and apply them to improve the platform.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Familiarity with Node.js and React.js.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of state management libraries such as Redux or Context API (a plus but not required).
  • Basic understanding of RESTful APIs.
  • Knowledge of working with databases (SQL or NoSQL).
  • Familiarity with version control systems.
  • Eagerness to learn, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Exposure to TypeScript.
  • Understanding of modern backend technologies like Express.js.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha.
  • Some knowledge of modern authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).
