Elaborate the budget gathering information from the areas, double checking it with the information from accounting, building a database with the information, projecting and revising the budget with each area and confirming with the Directors

• Approve the budget with each Directions and distribute it to each area
• Provide periodical follow up to the correct usage of the budget vs the reality and implement the pertinent updates
• Elaborate financial models (valuation and feasibility of new projects), give continuous maintenance and improve them by integrating new variables identified in the business
• Provide support to the International Business Development area, explaining the financial valuation and feasibility model of new projects to the franchisers
• Provide support to the Integration area for the collection of royalties by explaining a financial model and the analyses of the agreements established in the contracts
• Audit the model s numbers (accounting information) for the adequate collection of royalties
• Carry out presentation on the financial information, making sure to transmit total understanding of the information
• Maintain a strategic relationship with banks (analysts as well as executives) for both strategic questions and issues referring to debt (contracts and/or numbers of the information provided) follow up and requests for new debt
• Coordinate with Legal the modification of bank contracts to the end of establishing the best conditions for the company
• Analyze the conditions suggested by the banks and validated by Direction, to elaborate proposals which benefit both sides or decide if these are accepted or not.
• Consolidate the financial information

Solid knowledge of general accounting

• Elaboration and programming of financial accounting, valuation and feasibility models
• Determination of a project s value based on net present value, internal return rate & end value
• Advanced Excel skills
• Presentation elaboration
