Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for technicians and site/factory employees
  • Maintain attendance, timesheets, OT records, and leave tracking
  • Coordinate deployment, transfers, and replacements of technicians
  • Address day-to-day employee grievances, queries, and concerns
  • Ensure discipline, compliance, and adherence to company policies
  • Assist in onboarding & induction of technicians and junior staff
  • Support visa, medical, Emirates ID, biometrics coordination

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Graduate / Diploma (HR preferred)
  • 1–3 years experience in HR operations or site HR
  • Prior experience handling technicians / blue-collar workforce is mandatory
  • Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based companies
  • Ready to visit site/factory/accommodation as required
