Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for technicians and site/factory employees
- Maintain attendance, timesheets, OT records, and leave tracking
- Coordinate deployment, transfers, and replacements of technicians
- Address day-to-day employee grievances, queries, and concerns
- Ensure discipline, compliance, and adherence to company policies
- Assist in onboarding & induction of technicians and junior staff
- Support visa, medical, Emirates ID, biometrics coordination
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma (HR preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in HR operations or site HR
- Prior experience handling technicians / blue-collar workforce is mandatory
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or project-based companies
- Ready to visit site/factory/accommodation as required
