Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design and development of engineering projects, ensuring alignment with specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and tests on systems and equipment to identify issues and propose solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to analyze project requirements and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all engineering processes, modifications, and results for future reference.
  • Utilize engineering software and tools to create models, simulations, and prototypes as needed.
  • Support project management efforts by tracking progress and reporting on milestones.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and share insights with colleagues.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is mandatory, with a focus on practical applications.
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience in an engineering capacity, showcasing hands-on projects or internships.
  • Certifications in relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus for global collaboration.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset set candidates apart.
