Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Build Shopify stores from the ground up: You professionally build Shopify stores and guide them through to a successful launch . You also migrate existing stores to Shopify to ensure a seamless and high-quality transition.
Conduct independent workshops: You will conduct workshops with our clients (prospective or smaller retailers). You will prepare and lead them, and document the results, always with a clear focus on the project's success .
Documenting customer progress: You record all progress, maintain workflows, guidelines and processes, and regularly update the documentation to keep everything transparent and traceable .
Shop analysis and optimization : You conduct shop analyses and initiate active measures to optimize the shop and the CRM.
Sprint planning and task management: You plan and maintain sprints in close coordination with your team , ensuring that all due dates are met and tasks are well prioritized.
Data management: You keep customer files up to date, thus ensuring a tidy and efficient way of working .
Support the sales team : You will assist the sales team with Shopify-related questions in the low-code area, provide support in clarifying issues, and thus ensure a smooth process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Shopify expert: You are very familiar with Shopify and are at home in the e-commerce universe.
Technical understanding: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Liquid.
Leadership skills: You possess leadership skills and can confidently guide clients through their projects. You communicate respectfully, empathetically, and clearly, ensuring our clients always feel well taken care of.
Attention to detail: You are extremely detail-oriented and have patience for preparing and following up on workshops, as well as for data maintenance. You enjoy documentation and tracking processes, and you can easily break down complex issues to their essentials.
Self-organization: Working in a self-organized and independent manner is a matter of course for you; your time management is perfect.
Excellent communication skills: Your spelling, as well as your oral and written expression, are impeccable. You have extensive experience in dealing with customers and know how to communicate clearly and in a solution-oriented manner.
Solution-oriented: You always see challenges as opportunities that motivate you. You are creative and team-oriented in problem-solving and maintain an overview even in complex situations.
Language: Your German skills are at C2 level.
