Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Monitor and optimize Amazon Ads and Google Ads campaigns across multiple markets daily. • Conduct ongoing campaign optimizations including bid adjustments, keyword analysis, audience refinement, and placement management. • Execute A/B testing of ad creatives, keywords, and landing pages to improve conversion performance. • Follow a data-driven approach – continuously analyze campaign data and share insights to drive performance improvements. • Ensure compliance with ad platform and brand guidelines. • Collaborate closely with your line manager in Dubai and other colleagues across the globe. • Stay up to date with new ad formats, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Min. Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant subject. • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Ads and Google Ads. • Solid E-Commerce and performance marketing background. • Practical experience with Amazon Seller Central, Google Ads, and Google Analytics required. • Proficiency in analytical tools i.e. Helium10, Looker Studio, Keyword Planner, is a bonus. • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Excel is a must. • Strong analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, KPIs, and reports. • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines. • Good English communication skills and a proactive attitude.
