Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of corporate contracts and agreements.
  • Support the legal team in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct legal research and provide timely, practical advice on corporate and real estate matters.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate legal documentation and records for company transactions.
  • Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities as required.
  • Assist in managing corporate governance, including board resolutions and shareholder communications.
  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
  • Participate in due diligence processes for real estate acquisitions and other business transactions.
  • Support dispute resolution and litigation processes, including gathering evidence and drafting responses.
  • Contribute to internal training sessions on legal and compliance topics for staff.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate law, preferably within the real estate sector.
  • Bachelor s degree in Law from an accredited institution.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and commercial law principles.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
