HS Group is seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Content Creator to join our dynamic marketing team in New Cairo City. This entry-level position is ideal for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a foundational understanding of digital content creation. The Junior Content Creator will play a supportive role in developing compelling content that communicates HS Group s expertise, values, and project successes across various digital platforms, showcasing our commitment to engineering excellence and sustainable development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in content creation, writing, or a similar role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic are highly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and impeccable grammar and spelling.
• A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas and approaches.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and open to feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing writing samples or content creation abilities (e.g., blog posts, social media copies, academic papers related to the field) is a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in drafting, writing, and editing engaging content for the company website, blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, and marketing materials.
• Support the creation of compelling social media content (text, image captions, short video scripts) for platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and potentially Instagram, aligning with HS Group s brand voice.
• Collaborate with senior content creators and subject matter experts to gather information and insights for content development.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant topics in infrastructure, engineering, and urban development to inform content ideas.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new content campaigns and initiatives.
• Learn and apply basic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) principles to content to improve visibility and organic reach.
• Support the maintenance of content calendars and schedules.
• Assist in publishing and distributing content across various digital channels.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure high quality, grammatical correctness, and adherence to brand guidelines.
