Junior Admin Assistant

Job Location : Kuwait

Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping
Serve as the point of contact for internal departments and external vendors
Support HR and operations in managing staff documentation, attendance records, and leave tracking
Handle procurement and inventory control of office supplies and club-related materials
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Assist with event coordination, meeting preparation, and logistics for VIP guests or members
Ensure office and administrative procedures are efficient, professional, and aligned with the luxury brand image
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required by management
Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other support services as required
Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office coordination role,
preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or luxury services sector
Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
