Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
• Process and reconcile financial transactions including purchase and sales ledgers • Assist with month-end and year-end closures • Prepare invoices, statements, and financial reports • Maintain accurate records and filing systems • Bank reconciliations • Handle client queries • Assist with VAT returns and payroll data collation
Desired Candidate Profile
• 1–2 years of accounting experience preferred • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field. Candidates currently pursuing a recognised accounting qualification such as AAT, ACCA, or ACA will be viewed favourably. • Strong communication skills in English • Proficient in accounting software ( Xero, QuickBooks) and Excel • Highly organised and detail-oriented • Ability to work independently and able to juggle several tasks at once to meet deadlines
