Job Title: Junior Accounting Specialist & Data Entry



Role Purpose


The junior accounting specialist & data Entry is liable to post journal entries, update financial statements, maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.


Key Responsibilities


Record and post all journal entries and payment vouchers on systems to ensure all business transactions are recorded.


Process bank & suppliers reconciliation as per the company s standards.


Assist the accounting team with other accounting projects.


Assist in reviewing payment records with the support of the accounting team.


Support the line manager in preparing weekly/ monthly report when need it

File and store all papers work (Correspondence, invoices, etc.).


Qualifications


Bachelor s degree in accounting or finance

1 to 2 years of experience in the same filed

Good knowledge with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practice
