Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including ledgers, journals, and account reconciliations.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes by gathering and organizing financial data.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all financial transactions and support audit processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper allocation of expenses and adherence to company policies.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial information and provide necessary support.
