Roles & Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking showroom inventory
- Keep the showroom clean, organized, and well-presented
- Sort and prepare online orders for delivery or pickup
- Arrange and organize customer orders accurately and on time
- Help update product availability and order status on the system
- Support customers with basic inquiries in-store and online
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Business administration or any related field (BT/TS),
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative job,
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and ERP system,
- Excellent communication skills
- Organizational skills
