Junior Accountant

Accounting entry:

• Recording of accounting documents (invoices, expense reports, bank statements)
  
• Analytical codification.
• Verification of supporting documents.

Account Tracking:

• Reconciliation of accounts receivable/payable.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Monitoring of debtor/creditor balances.

Filing & archiving:

• Physical and numerical classification.
• Update of the files.

Preparation of declarations and closures:

• Participation in tax declarations (VAT, IRG, CNAS.)
• Assistance with monthly/annual closings.

Tools & Systems:

• Use of accounting software (Odoo, Sag.e)
  
• Follow-up via Excel spreadsheet.

• Solid foundations in general accounting.
• My Excel trise & accounting software.
• Knowledge of Algerian taxation.
• Rigor & sense of detail.
• Confidentialit.
• Team spirit.
• Respect of deadlines.
• Minimum bac+5 in accounting, management or equivalent.
• Good accounting experience is desired.
• Languages: French required, English wishes.
