Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  2. Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
  3. Verify approvals on all invoices and check requests.
  4. Prepare and perform check runs and electronic payments.
  5. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements.
  6. Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries.
  7. Assist in month-end closing by preparing AP accruals and reports.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and accounting standards.
  9. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  10. Monitor aging reports and ensure timely payment to vendors.
  11. Process employee expense reports and reimbursements as required.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and cash flow statement.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years accounting experience prefer to have with leasing & real estate background.
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or relevant field.
  • English speaking, reading & writing fluently.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles & financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software & MS Office.
