Junior Accountant

• Title: Junior Accountant
• Contract: 6 months (extendable)
• Location : Al Khalidiyah - Abu Dhabi
• Working Days – 5 days
• Work Timings – 9:00 AM – 6 PM
• Salary - 4000 AED

Key Responsibilities

• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with payroll processing and expense reviews
• Update financial data in databases for accuracy and accessibility
• Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors as needed
• Handle other accounting projects and administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance (internships included)
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and analytical abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
