• · Processing of accounting transactions and ensuring adequate documentation supported by proper approvals.
• · Petty Cash and bank reconciliation.
• · Payables accounting, including maintaining local and foreign supplier accounts and preparation of purchase orders.
• · Inventory accounting and stock control with monthly stock report, including ABC analysis.
• · Purchase order checker to tally with project budget.
• · Trade Receivable, issuance of invoices to clients, and maintaining receivable aging.
• · Responsible for recording Fixed Assets, tracking, calculating, and recording their depreciation.
• · Great Plains purchasing, payables, inventory, project modules implementation, and daily updates.
• · Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash forecasting.
• · MIS reports for payables, inventory, receivables, and projects.
• · Monthly reconciliation of supplier, client statements, and stock.
• · Liaison with Auditors, monthly closing, and reporting.
• · Liaison with Government bodies such as social insurance and tax department.
• · Deal with banks for day-to-day transactions.
• · Such other reasonable tasks are identified by the management from time to time and according to the work needed.

Desire Candidate Profile

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

· Fresh Graduate

Arabic Speaker

· Good analytical & communication skills

· Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
