Experience Required: 3 4 years Location: Ajman / Dubai
Key Responsibilities:
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and data entry
Prepare and post general journal entries
Update and maintain ledgers accurately
Assist with administrative tasks to support smooth office operations
Maintain the accounting system up to date
Support preparation of simple reports and documentation
Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
Monitor accounts receivable and payable
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense tracking
Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Coordinate with internal departments as needed
Maintain organized records and proper filing for audits
Prepare and assist with VAT filing and compliance
Requirements:
3 4 years of experience in accounting or admin roles
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Strong data-entry skills with high attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple tasks
