Roles & Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes.
  • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of menu items.
  • Lead and train junior chefs (Commis, Assistants) in daily operations.
  • Manage food stock, ordering, and proper storage.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
  • Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine in 5-star hotels, fine dining, or casual dining restaurants.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
  • Good communication skills in English.
