Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist in preparing and cooking Continental dishes.
- Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of menu items.
- Lead and train junior chefs (Commis, Assistants) in daily operations.
- Manage food stock, ordering, and proper storage.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management.
- Minimum 2 3 years of relevant experience in Continental cuisine in 5-star hotels, fine dining, or casual dining restaurants.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Good communication skills in English.
