Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the joinery workshop, ensuring production schedules are met without compromising quality.
  • Manage and mentor a team of skilled joiners, providing guidance to enhance their craftsmanship and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on finished products, enforcing standards that align with client specifications and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with project managers and designers to interpret blueprints accurately and ensure feasibility in execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education: A diploma or degree in carpentry, joinery, or a related field is essential for a solid foundation.
  • Qualifications: Relevant certifications in joinery or woodworking techniques to demonstrate expertise.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the joinery industry, with a proven track record in supervisory roles.
