Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Joinery Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our joinery production facility. The role involves managing staff, ensuring quality control, monitoring production schedules, and maintaining efficiency throughout all stages of joinery manufacturing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage factory staff and production activities.
  • Plan, organize, and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure quality standards and specifications are met for all joinery works.
  • Manage materials, tools, and machinery efficiently.
  • Coordinate with design, project, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Maintain safety standards and a clean working environment.
  • Prepare and maintain production reports.
